GAY PRIDE PARADE NYC 2011 -pink police barricade
A SYMBOL TO COMMEMORATE A HISTORIC DAY;
on the night of June 27th, 1969 police raided the Stonewall Inn, the butch lesbians and drag queens fought back. The bar patrons threw bottles and rocks at the police. They chanted, “Gay Power!” For several nights crowds grew outside the Stonewall Inn. The modern "pride" movement began after the Stonewall riots in 1969. The first NYC Gay Pride March was held in 1970

NHOW HOTEL MILAN
The name of the exhibition is ROOMS. Different artists and designers have been called to recreate private rooms of a house in public spaces within the hotel.
I did recreate an antique wine brick cellar. My wine bottle wall, measuring 3 m x 2 m, will house THE SPACE COOLER incapsulated in the center. Emitting the sole red ambient glow in the installation, the contrast of tradition to innovation is illuminated.
